Selling a pair of excellent-condition Tokina AT-X Pro EF-mount zooms:
SOLD Tokina AT-X Pro 28-70mm f/2.8 zoom Nikon version, but modified with a Leitax semi-permanent EF-mount: This lens is a Japanese-market version of the more commonly known "f/2.6-2.8" zoom that uses an Angenieux optical design. You will find it is visually indistinguishable from the global 2.6-2.8 version and it performs as such (i.e. a bit bloom-y wide open, and very charismatic slightly stopped-down.). Condition is fantastic, it looks new all around and the construction is very sturdy. This lens was sent to RP lens after I took ownership for inspection, and was then de-clicked and modified with the aforementioned Leitax EF mount: SOLD
SOLD Tokina AT-X 828 AF Pro 80-200mm f/2.8 zoom Nikon version, but modified with a Leitax semi-permanent EF-mount: Like-new condition, and built like a tank. Performance is great, more vintage-feeling wide open than a Canon 70-200, but quite usable at an f/2.8 depending on your taste. This lens was sent to RP lens after I took ownership for inspection, and was then de-clicked and modified with the aforementioned Leitax EF mount: SOLD
Neither of the lenses telescopes externally, so they're functional with a matte box as well as gimbals. Both also utilize hard stops on the focus ring.
- They both have removable focus-gear straps, and 80mm OD end-rings with 77mm filter threads (both lenses are basically 80mm at the end already, but this gives a little more room to mesh with a matte box cleanly.).
- Front and rear lens caps included with each lens.
- Original thread-on hood included with each lens.
- Buyers pays shipping and PayPal fees for US sales only
