For sale is this very rare and unique professional anamorphic piece made by famous Todd AO company located in LA, probably around the 80's.
The front anamorphic head is the same as the todd AO speed anamorphic primes. The lens can either be used with the supplied high quality optical PL / EF adapter, or be (easily) dissembled and rehoused with any desired taking lens:

USING THE LENS IN ITS CURRENT SETUP:
Personally, I paired it with the expensive (supplied) high quality Technical Farm B4-EF/PL adapter, that for its high price (originally over 4K$) gives a larger coverage while maintaining a good image quality – more about the adapter here: https://vimeo.com/112275889 .
Basically if the Fujinon zoom had an internal doubler like other modern B4 lenses have, The adapter could have probably allowed a full S.35 sensor coverage. Although that was not the case here (no doubler inside the Fujinon), I still managed to use a good part of the zoom range on my S.35 camera in its anamorphic mode without cropping (on the Blackmagic Pocket 6K camera). On a Micro 4/3rd sensor cameras like the Pocket 4k, Panasonic GH series etc, I can imagine that a full zoom range coverage can be achieved, but I haven’t tested it. Also, one could pair another extender for more coverage…but that would mean more speed loss. Note that using any kind of extender leads to a speed loss – a natural effect as an opposite to a “speed booster”. Nevertheless, as you can see in this test footage, the results are really pleasing and clearly show how great this lens performs:

REHOUSING:
Another option would be to use the anamorphic block for rehousing. I attached pictures that I received from other owner that show the anamorphic head apart. As you see, it has an easy mounting thread. Dissembling the anamorphic front should be a matter of removing few screws. As stated before, this anamorphic part is same like other famous high speed Todd AO / Cinevision 35 anamorphic lenses and therefore can be rehoused to a variety of primes or zooms, or possibly also used as an anamorphic adapter for diverse lenses with a custom manufactured adapter.
CONDITION:
The lens is in a great condition and had obviously very little usage. Glass is clean, focus is smooth. The Anamorphic part has no issues as far as I can see. The Fujinon part is also great. Electric wise, when testing the lens on the Sony pxw-x400 the zoom works fine, the aperture however closes when connected to the camera. A technician said this could probably be fixed in case someone needs an auto iris action instead of a manual operation (which I anyway doubt).
Price: 15,000€ + Fees and Shipping
Location: Israel (possibly Europe later)
