To Bomb Squad - Camera hangs after Audio upgrade program running build 17

After upgrade program our camera serial no 673 returned from US few days back. we started shooting our feature film and for more than 5 times our camera hangs in a day while recording is in progress. Attached log for Bomb squad to decode and update the status.

The same happened to me yesterday and today with a Red camera:
In the middle of the recording, camera hangs. No monitor , no viewfinder but the recording red light indicator in the EVF and at the back of the camera body continues to be lit.
I couldn't shut it down or do anything beside pulling out the power plug, wait a minute, which I always do between powering off to on.
Then camera came up normally till the next time it hangs.
First time it happened I thought it was the AC but it happened also with battery.
There was one time when the camera was not booting after it hanged, or at list the back display didn't show anything but there was an image at the director monitor. I tried to plug in the on board monitor, but there was no image coming.
That was very strange.Camera is on build 16

Yesterday in middle of our shoot, i upgraded firmware once more and till now we dont have the hanging issue whil recording. But we have one more issue that for every battery change the camera not starting and after 3 to 4 try it works out!

Is there specific reason for camera not booting properly when it boots?

I personally have never seen that exact issue.

I have the same issue! Got my came back recently from audioboard upgrade and was on a greenscren shoot friday. Camera hangs repeatedly with rocketio error and black picture! Had to call in a replacement Red One!

I have just filed a ticket but not received number yet.
