TIMECODE SYNC PROBLEM on EPIC, please help !!!! :)

Hello,

We try to use timecode IN on epic X, so we use Red sync bnc cable from red with sonosax SXR4 (timecode generator) and we don't have "green timecode".
In setting , we put external TC and nothing append ...

It is possible to have a hardware problem on our epic ?

We test it with firmware 3.3.14 and 3.2.21 and same issue ...

i did on 3.2.21 and it worked fine (green TC code)
