I think he just expected to get a burst of optimism from us to strengthen his, and all he got was a bunch of hard-bitten people with cynicism forged by delays .

Can't really blame him.

Of course when someone says they left the forum, and they come right back to reply to a question about them leaving, one might question the commitment they have to leaving .
