*** Time has come to prepare for the FINAL FAREWELL to my BELOVED AMERICA ***

Hey Ketch, don't see it as abandoning a dream rather relocating it!
Plenty of us RedUsers would be happy to be involved this side of the Atlantic.

Hope your hospital stay goes all right, let us know when your out so we can invade the Italian countryside down your direction.

Also there is a bed waiting for you in the most amazing Irish countryside if you find yourself in the West of Ireland, genuine offer.

Ketch, your another family will be here waiting for you too. You'll see you far away from being alone in your own country. Italy without Ketch is not Italy ;-)

Cheers my friend,
E. :-)

PS: Hope you'll recover soon and to be helpful in anything you need.

Guys.. overwhelmed with joy by your support, THANK YOU!!

I will never abandon my dreams, never will I stop PERSEVERING them, no matter what, till my very last breath of air left in me, even form a weell chair and attached to tubes on a machine in an hospital Bad, I will continue on writing and pursuing my dreams, and don't worry, writing on REDUSER, is all I got this days, so I will not stop posting here, he he.

The move back to Italy, even so a forceful one do to worsening health issues, will bring a strong and renewed Energy towards a life long pursuit, and once better I will travel back to the US to film the US scenes of my Movies, my stories wil be told, no matter what.

Having the piece of mind of been taken in care medically, will give me more tranquillity to dedicate my self to my Dreams, and better health will mean better energy and chance to be out and about to do what I must.

The "Global Photographic Journey" has been an other life long dream, never taken to reality, but now will come to be, and place by place I will visit them all, and journaled in my Landscape, CityScapes, and people's captures, Photographed to be Digitally painted and sold at Galleries in beneficial of "KETCH ROSSI HUMANITAS" purpose to help others.

Look forward in meeting many of you, and THANK YOU again for your much appreciated support!!

Ketch,

Never met you personally, but I often think of you and pray (in whatever way an atheist like me can pray) for your health and safety. The world needs people like you, people who smile and persevere and push intently forward, the worse the situation the more determined they become. And you're one of those very rare people. Sounds like cliche I know, but then the truest things are always born of boringly simplistic and old ideas, repeated by many, generation after generation. But I wonder how many of the people telling those stories have actually met the real deal, someone like you, the guy who has been through things so bad nobody else can imagine what they're like, and who still moves on, full of energy, enthusiasm, and contagious love for everything he loves, and I think we know by now there are many things Ketch Rossi loves: women, food, lenses...:-) I wish you a prosperous return to your bella terra and, don't worry, America will always be your home, like it has been and will always be for those of us who came here looking for a chance to do what we loved most, whatever that is. Happy next step in your incredible voyage Ketch!

Ketch, follow your dreams! Get well and back on your feet soon. Glad we had a chance to meet while you were state side, next time I see you Italy. Stay strong! Best. Clay

Thank you Rudi,

your very kind words warm my hearth, it gives me true joy that my Love, positivity and perseverance is seen thru my words and actions, which I hope will come to pass as the action of a strong believer in Dreams that in life can become a reality Persevered beyond any possible and impossible obstacle.

Italy awaits me, and yes I know America will always be here for us, but it is nonetheless extremely difficult for me to leave this Country that has been my home for over twenty years and has given me EVERYTHING, since when I fist arrived in NY in 1989, I only had a suit case with few simple clothes and $100 in my pocket.

But now is time to take everything that America has given me and take it to Italy and make all this years of sacrifice come to fruit, and continue to enjoy the friend ships of this community no matter were from.

Italy should tremble.. I'm returning, and the Movie business in CineCitta' will never be the same.. he he.

Ketch, follow your dreams! Get well and back on your feet soon. Glad we had a chance to meet while you were state side, next time I see you Italy. Stay strong! Best. Clay

I will Clay, count on it, thanks man, see you soon at my table with a nice glass of Red. Not Red glass.. well actually with that too he he.

I'm sorry to hear Ketch that you're being dealt cards which you wouldn't have chosen but I'm sure you'll still manage it with grace and resilience as you always seem to have in the past.

Safe travels back to Italy. Get well, good luck and I'm sure we'll still see you around these parts on the wilds of the internet.

Thanks for the support Gavin,

funny thing is I never played cards in my life, yet life has always played a Hard Poker game with me, go figure..

But I always in turn found an Ace hiding in one of my pockets to get me out of trouble and out of arms way, so I always smile at life.

Ketch, you are welcome in Macedonia. If you need any assistence for your project please call.
I hope you will find Macedonia interesting for your dream project.
I wish you fast recovery.

Thanks Aleksandar,

Macedonia it sure is also one of the places to visit, so I should call on you ;)

As an Italian I wanted to hear this so much.

Ciao Nicolò,

I know you do, and so do all my Italian friends, in the business and not in the business, Italy has been long overdo for a fresh come back to the glorious days of CineCitta', and this day should now be close to see the light, I don't pretend to be an other Fellini, but I do know what I'm made of in my Hearth and mind, and I know the people I have behind me not just in Italy or in America, but all over the world, so their participation in my projects for Italy should assist me in bringing this Life long Dream to reality, Dream which always included a come back to CineCitta', just I had wished I could have made a Movie or two in the US first, but Destiny and Faith wants it this way, and this way should be...

ITALY HERE I COME.. PREPARE..

Ketch - keep in touch and keep well!

Graeme

Good luck ! keep posting man... great to read you everytime! and send us somes pics from over there. :-)

Ketch, like Mr. Richard Foster, I have enjoyed reading your posts. Also, since my travels to Italy in my Freshman year of college, I have loathed any other tiramisu (or gelato) that I've eaten at restaurants, and was looking forward to enjoying yours at the next reduser event in Vegas...but, alas, I will have to wait. (Maybe meet you, and your tiramisu, in person in Italia...I have promised to take her soon).

Have a safe trip home! May the Italian nurses (and doctors) do a proper job on you! :)
