Time/date auto resetting

Hello, I don't know why but my RED DSMC1 Dragon-X always reset the time and date, so I've never my footage on correct info.
I've tried to understand if it was the forced power off or formatting media, but the truth is that I don't get it.
Any thoughts?

It's normally because the internal battery has died. I provide a cleaning service that includes changing the internal battery. Also if it not the internal battery I can perform the repair to get it working again.
