Tilta Wireless Follow Focus

Hey guys, I've tried searching info on the Tilta FI + Z unit and this forum was one the only place I actually found talking about the product outside of the videos that covered it. I've been following the Tilta thread for awhile, but since it was closed down, I found some new info. I don't know what extra features there was in that group buy, but it seems like the product is selling for about the same price that the group buy was going for which is under $5k.

I actually started seeing the listings for this about a week or two weeks ago, but just barely getting to share it with you guys. Any opinions on these listings? Looks like they have a few of them going, but for a few dollars difference between the listings.

These begin shipping in December. I'd suggest you drop Matt Ryan a line for his mailing list about them.

Units are not shipping yet and those pictures are of the old version. So I'd be very careful. I'm running a group buy through Tilta and Ikan for Redusers if you're interested in joining in. If so, send me your email and I can add you to the list to receive updates. That's also below retail price so to me it sounds a bit fishy. The fact that they say they have units in stock is not right, I just spoke to Huang from Tilta last week and a demo unit will not be ready until late november.

Thanks Matt! And yes I'm interested! It's unfortunate that the thread shut down. Even though for the most part, the replies were of people submitting their interests, the feedback from the users on this forum seemed crucial to the development of the product itself. Tilta was really able to push features in to the product because of the user feedback from a product that wasn't even out yet. Also thanks for putting this all together!
