I just noticed that Tilta have started selling their own battery plate:

Tital actually selling in Mainland China since last year, the only thing they using the copy cat Lemo head,
I believe it already violate RED's terms, I wondering once used kind of none approved by RED battery plate,
one day if your camera's got problem, you might get trouble on the repair cost...

That's interesting.

I'd just noticed a similar one from Pag https://www.paguk.com/content/pag-v-mount-plate-19mm-rod-clamp-d-tap-output - I like the stacking V mounts they're doing (and the simple wall plug charger).

I'd been considering the WoodKam battery slide and then adding a Red plate... it looks like a lot of people are going back to the older adjustable rod/plate/battery idea (as with the original Red Quickplate).

I'm sure Red would sell lots of these if they hard-wired the 2B-to-1B power adapter cable in, so it would be an alternative solution to powering the Epic/Scarlet (and getting an official Red product).

Hi Guys,
Just read this thread and am a bit worried as i just got my Tilta v-lock mount. Anyone look into the issue Perry mentioned above about Tilta using knock-off Lemo connectors and invalidating warranty? is it a case of keeping an eye on the temperature of the connector?
