Is this a Phantom in a housing...or something completely new?

Absolutely beautiful footage. I know several surfing shooters that shoot with Photo-sonics 4ML film cameras that shoot up to 200 fps...but not at the frame rates of this stuff. Looks to my eye to be about 500 fps, even though the camera goes to 1000 fps at 720P resolution. Still sounds like a housed Phantom. Mitch...what do you think?

I believe this was in fact all Phantom HD originated. We've been working with the BBC quite a bit.
