well, if you can't fix it with a black shading, then could be your video board is burned out and has to go back home for a new one.

Sorry about the huge frame, I've removed it.
Here's one frame of R3D trim and a R3D snapshot. They're probably the same but anyway.
The camera was a rental and fortunately it only happened on two shots out of hundreds

it happened to me also twice. Fixed it after a black shading and reboot. Both of these times focus puller was checking focus with the magnify option. Then he pushed the red record button without returning back to the normal viewing mode. i dunno if thats the main reason
