  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The Social Network...

Maybe better than "Fight Club".
:}

The film is beautiful, it has a wonderful look (which is a unique RED aesthetic), but I do not think it rivals Fight Club.

I saw a very clean print in a small theater screen and it looked dynamite.

Honestly, I did enjoyed Inception more than Social Network; but I would love to see RED final get their due and have a film win Best Picture. I love Chris Nolan films, but I doubt I'll ever see one shot on RED. You never know, may be Chris and Wally will think twice when the see the HDRx at 5k.

Ha! From vaporware salesman to film industry titan in a couple of short years. I never doubted it, not for a minute.

I agree with David the Red One has a beautiful ironically natural 'earthy' unique look that I think I can recognise when I see it. I think the movie was great and was much better than the media put it across, its much more than a movie about Facebook I think and also I think Mark Zuckerberg didn't come off as bad as was reported. My point of posting is wondering about the Oscars. I think on an average year it would stand a chance but I think Inception deserves to win and probably will. Which makes me wonder if Die hard Celluloid users like Christopher Nolan would convert to the Epik for a future movie. I heard him dismiss digital for Inception due to resolution? Sorry of this has been discussed previously.

congratulations.

and i bet Nolan starts using epics soon =]

"TSN" will probably earn a lot of Oscars at the ceremony in 2011 just because

it is the first significant movie that talk about the Internet Information Age.

At the moment we are still shocked about WikiLeaks US embassy cables and

also new upcoming German WikiLeaks branch will have a greater European focus.

... saw it 3 times in 2K digital projection .... the other day, i could not resist to watch it in the old fashioned celluloid copy style .... the theater was so antique ... it had a single speaker ... and a break to change reels ....

... anyhow: IT LOOKED AWESOME! ... (for the 4th time)

i love this movie. new grounds ... :-)
