Just recieved the first of our Ninja ATA cases, made by Anvil/Calzone, they are the XLT construction so fully loaded they are 50Lbs and capable of being checked without overage fees.

This case will hold...
Red body built with either ET base, top cheeses plate and handle two sets of 12" rods attached.
Red Cradle, quick plate & belt batter plate
EVF and LCD w/long Noga attached!
ET EVF Mount
3x Red drives or CF card Pelicans (Weight might exceed 50lbs with three RDs)
Extra goodies, remote release, audio cables, Nikon mount.

Here it is on a rolling Pelican 1650 for reference.

cool...it shouldnt be hard to add wheels or attach a trolly.
how much does your case costed?
and should be no problem to replace the craddle with a lens i guess.

looks great! I talked with the Anvil guys at cine gear, cool people. How much was this case?

Umm...blue? :-)

Seriously, this looks like something I will buy. Can you share order information? Was this custom or something they will be selling stock?

The nice thing about anvil is they will cut their cases to fit any custom design you want. I had a really sweet one made for my Sony VX1000 wayyy back in the day. I just traced the outline of the camera onto a sheet of white paper and they took it from there.

Blue's my favorite color, there will eventually be Ninja stars on it anyway.

Hopefully of the plastic decal variety. Something tells me DHS would not approve actual throwing stars on a case. :ninja: :ninja: :ninja:

I'd love to order one as well. I mainly use a pelican, but having an Anvil case would come in handy for shipping on some jobs, and anytime I rent my camera without me.

Evin, do the cutouts for the cradle and quickplate include space for an attached ET 15mm topmount/universal mount?

Nice case Evin,
What are the internal dimensions?

I'd be thinking about a slight deviation to include kit lens and 18" rods.

Is the EVF conpressing the rubber eye cushion?
Would like to find a spot for 2 x side mounts plus spare universal mount.

another reason I like the dimensions/deep layout is whilst the configuration is good for shipping, I'd also want to pop out the foam and replace with foam for quick draw configuration.
