The message

[Luca Immesi]

As this short film is doing well in festivals around the world I thought to show it to my fellows redusers.
It's a low budget sci-fi short film, shot on Red M with RPP. Music is kindly granted by Moby.
You have to login on our website to watch it.

[Ketch Rossi]

Wow Luca, bellissimo!

[sidbarnhoorn]

Nice!

[Rob Ruffo]

I love your stuff Luca. You have yet to present something unexceptional.

[Rick Burnett]

Nice, thanks for sharing! Man I love the detail you get with the Red One. I did sound for a movie last year shot on a Red One and loved looking at it the whole time I was scoring it

[David Battistella]

Luca,

Nice film!

I spent some time a few summers ago in a CREE village. Very profound culture.

Congratulations,

David

[chrislancaster]

beautiful images and an even better message ...

i hope someday common sense will prevail

[Bill Anderson]

Very well done, Luca. I can see why Moby "granted" the music usage.
All the best to you on the festival circuit.

Moby has a large selection of tracks you can request to use for free
so if you need a track o two definitely worth looking at

http://www.mobygratis.com/film-music.html

from site:

hi,
i'll keep this brief.
this portion of moby.com, 'film music', is for independent and non-profit filmmakers, film students, and anyone in need of free music for their independent, non-profit film, video, or short.
to use the site you log in(or on?) and are then given a password.
you can then listen to the available music and download whatever you want to use in your film or video or short.
the music is free as long as it's being used in a non-commercial or non-profit film, video, or short.
if you want to use it in a commercial film or short then you can apply for an easy license, with any money that's generated being given to the humane society.
i hope that you find what you're looking for,
moby

Thanks all for the kind words.
Actually you can't download directly the songs, you have to write an email describing your short film and in which scene you want to use the track. We waited almost one month to have the song we requested for the short film but it's definitely worth it.

[Frank Weeks]

Very nice work Luca. Great message too

[Rakesh Jacob]
