My camera was given to fedex yesterday so.... That would be a indication that Irvine was open if they were shipping cameras yesterday.

Yes I'm SO 1087

As soon as your rep says you paid in full, the shipping process should take 3-5 business days for your camera to ship and get a tracking number. Mine was 3 business days.

You have to ask your rep after it's shipped in a different email, they won't know till it's in the box. I didn't want to ask and add another email to reply too, gotta keep the line moving right? one more day won't kill me? or will it....

Just got a FedEx email... it's 15lbs. Scarlet or Side Handle?

EDIT: Unless they upgraded my side handle's shipping for free, it's the Scarlet. The package's estimated delivery date is tomorrow, and I only paid for Ground for my accessories.

Did you put the total in your RED Account? As soon as I got my email I told my rep to deposit the last 2k into my RED account, and add the RED Armor to my camera. As soon as I had the money in the account, shipping process began.

Thanks to RED providing lots of info to FedEx when creating the label (reference, purchase order number, invoice number, etc.) I could cross-reference with my WEB order number to see it's the scarlet. Estimated delivery is tomorrow by 3:00pm...

..which is right in the middle of my comprehensive exams for my MFA. At least I'll have something to look forward to after!
