  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The "LED" light Group Buy

I received and email from Lars today stating they have everyones info in their system and the next step will be:

- you will receive an invoice from us listing your specific order
- invoice will contain payment details
- once your payment has been registered goods will be shipped to you

Hi guys, I have gotten several PM's form some of you that didn't get in and wanted to, but the Group Buy was already ended, yet after talking to the guys at B,B&S I was given a positive response ot add you to the group buy.

Problem is that for the life of me I can't find your PM's, at list not all of them, I might have delete them by error as I was cleaning up my PM inbox, sorry!!


So, to make sure you get your chance, if there is any one that hasn't got in this group buy and still wishes to do so, this is your last and only chance to do so, PM me immediately and I'll add you to this group buy!!
 
Just sow something that will make every one in this group buy very happy!!

It has passed Chad, but I can say that the guys over at B,B&S have been extremely gracious on extending it not once but two times, so at this point I would have to say no more then this week, before all orders have to be made, then it will be it for good.
 
I received my invoice 3 days ago. I replied that I needed an Anton Bauer battery mount and not the V mount as stated on the invoice. I had asked for the AB mount on the last communication.
So far no response. I have to say that the product looks phenomenal, but their communication is crummy at best, and its really making me rethink this choice.
Service is really important and I'm not sure they know that, by the attention I have received so far. I even wrote them in Danish!
they really have to get a grip on the communication side of things...
 
Okay guys it has been truly fun... But like all good things must come to a end.

PS: Those that I have already said yes to and am awaiting email address and quantity of Fixtures they wish to purchase, will be added, but they must reply to me no later then this week's end.

SORRY about this Daniel, I have emailed them just now upon reading your post, to insure that they do, no matter what their issues have been for the delay in communication, communicate with you and any one else in a faster matter to bring this Group Buy to a happy close.

However, what it has been said is that the AB mount even so was made available as a choice, it is not been finished testing so it might not be available for a while for shipping.
 
Just a heads up that bank transfer seems to be the only payment option they will accept (no credit cards, no Paypal), which is inconvenient. Maybe that was mentioned before and I missed it.

No Tim, it was not mentioned before as I was not aware of it, just emailed them to see what is the final deal here, will post as soon as they reply.
 
PAYMENT UPDATE:

The guys at B,B&S have told me that they are looking in to creating a Paypal account to allow for you guys to pay with it, or accept CC's via it as well, lets hope all goes well, what is important is that they are acting upon it in a quick manner, and also to understand them, they are a very small start up company and never dealt with it before, so they are doing this just for this Group Buy, even so I am most certain will benefit them in further sales later on as well.

Thanks much Ketch. I haven't been able to break away and get to the bank yet, and normally don't do wire transfers to small companies for small amounts ... so this would be real nice.
