  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

The Death Of Tape - Epic 300fps

Neat!

I was once faced with getting rid of a ton of beta tapes too. It sucked because the cases are made of #5 plastic which is not recyclable... off to the dump they went.

seeing the rolls of film on core drop make me cry. :)

LOL

Nice concept.

Maybe the song made me cry. :)

not so sorry to see tape go.

Film. well. I'm sentimental.

Excellent. I was half expecting to see some beta decks and 35mm projectors come down too. Like David, forget the tape, I feel the loss of 35mm, both for motion and film. I still have a few thousand feet of Kodak stock in the freezer. As an aside, I ran across an old Chinon Super 8 (Sound!) camera in a closet today, with a half-exposed roll of Kodachrome in it. Guess I'll never know what is on that film...
