the communication with the camera is successful, but the exposure are not responding

hi there

i have a problem on my red dragon camera.

i have a line of zeiss lenses. the communication with the camera is successful, but the exposure are not responding, just stays open all the time, in the most open lens aperture.

the Ae is off

i triad another lens, manual lens and the aperture doesn’t respond. I restarted to the factory setting and nothing happened, re-detec hardware, recalibrate, all this kind of things.

what can i do ?

is there a way to control the exposure from the lens, bypass the electronic aperture or something ?
