The Clutch & 15mm rails

I've never seen The Clutch, much less used it.

Is it possible to build a LW15 mm rig using it, or are the 19mm rods needed?

To make the clutch work with the lw15 mm I had to get the DSMC MODULAR ASSAULT PLATE PACK. That plate won't mount on clutch because the handle mount is in the way. So I had to get an additional DSMC UNIVERSAL MOUNT 19MM to mount the handles to so I could separate the handle by about 1/4" inch. So in that case I still need the 19mm rods to keep the thing together.

Yes, that works, but to make it work, you have to move the 19mm universal mount that comes on the Clutch from the front to the back. You always need 19mm rods to hold the pads on the rig.

The problem with this solution is that the 15mm rods stay on the baseplate; they don't go with the camera if you take it off.
