Hi there.

I saw this superb movie yesterday, great story, great pictures. But at the end?
No "Shot on RED"-Logo!!!

Only "Shot on PANAVISION Cameras and Lenses"

What happened?

Cheers Alex

it just slipped through the cracks.. no opposition from anywhere to put it in the credits, someone along the way just forgot to tell them to put it in them :)

i remember once. working in a hollywood movie as location scout ....big stars ....it took one and a half year to do it.......several hiatus because of director change ....at least 7 months on pay roll,,,,,when I saw the movie, no credits for me.............well, no problem at all, what I keep, is just the pleasure of doing it.

Or if you can, put yourself in the movie :)

For Borat I don't have a written credit... but when they have a shot of the national swimming pool of Kazakhstan during the anthem song at the end, the guy in the pool waving is me. Fun times.

Couldn't they have had a Red camera body hidden in the production design in Eli somewhere? I imagine that if the end of the world happened, the Red Ones would still survive. Like those gigantic heavy Victorian over-engineered machines from the last century that sit in museums looking as if they still work perfectly if you just get the steam going again...
