The adobe vs fcp workflow pro and con thread

OK, Premier/Adobe is kicking ass, and a lot of us long time FCP users are starting to wonder if its worth all the time to learn something new and move that way, at least learning and buying another system. So, can you all post your pros and cons of an adobe vs. final cut workflow using current tools, assuming we're posting red m/mx footy, have a rocket, a MAC (not a PC), and include your workflow from shoot to final grade and mastering? This might be asking a lot, but its out there in a lot of threads, and many of us have Mac's, like them, but are wondering about the dark side....
