This shows precisely what is lacking on Vimeo; narrative work. And I don't mean narrative in only the traditional sense. Hopefully more and more filmmakers will get the itch to do narrative pieces in the coming year.

gunleik, you "vote" by watching, subscribing, liking etc... there's not a ballot that i'm aware of... not even sure there's a "winner". we're all winners, i suppose ;)

i'd love to see more narrative work, but wouldn't you agree that's the hardest to pull off for the userbase? i'm working on a narrative piece starting in january... i'll share it when it's finished.

I'm glad Eyjafjallajökull made number 1. That's something along the lines of the work I'll be doing with Scarlet.

Great video... i'm going to Iceland for the second time for a month filming in the midnight sun in June. Can't wait... hoping to take a Scarlet or Epic-S... but I think I may have to settle for something else... fingers crossed though.

The Aurora timelapse was stunning..
