Up for sale here today is the very, very rare Technovision Anamorphic 35mm T/1.4 PL mount
It's a very sharp lens even at wide-open aperture
Lens weights 3.3kg
The spherical glass inside is Carl Zeiss 35mm T/1.4
No haze, no fungus, no deep scratches
The focus and aperture ring rotate smoothly
The screengrabs are shooting at T/1.4 using a Sony NEX-3.

The lens has been serviced by Slow Motion Inc. and then again by Dima Turaev (Dima was also the guy who made the PL conversion for this lens)

Lens will be shipped from either Thailand or Laos.

Payment can be made via wire transfer (preferred) or a verified PayPal (buyer pays fees).

SOLD!

Shooting wide-open at T/1.4 with Sony FS700.

Thanks Hans for the camera testing :)

Or if you have something priced similar to trade, please let me know.

Too bad it's not a set then I'd really think about it.

Hi Jason,

I'm not really sure since nobody has used it yet. But on the Dragon 6K ANA mode it has no vignette.

This lens will cover 36x24 or 8k Dragon, which is 40.96 x 21.6 mm

the nice thing about this lens is that the internal prime is made for 36x24

so it has a 36mm image circle roughly. in anamorphic, vertical resolution is what matters, not horizontal as much.

Dragon 8K anamorphic desqueezed to 2.4:1 is roughly 25.92 x 21.6 mm using the entire vertical height of the sensor... so this lens will more than cover that without any issues.

the ratio of what u can get off of the weapon will be 1.3 x larger than normal 18x24mm sized 4:3 frame.

so on weapon 8k, this 35mm will read more like a 27-28mm lens on 4:3 anamorphic in terms of width/angle of view

its intersesting because almost all vintage anamorphic lenses have huge full frame coverage. I think these lenses are gonna get even more popular because it solves a lot of the coverage issues with the wider focal lengths.
