I don't see TED????

Best Team. Best Product. Best Customers. It really is that easy.

Worked on a documentary that was all about companies who are the best to work for, and the theme I kept hearing over and over again is that it starts in HR. Companies like Google offer all kinds of cool perks, have creative work spaces, etc but if you don't hire the right people it doesn't matter. Sounds like RED has continued to hire people that fit well into the company's structure and I have to say that watching things progress over the past few years you can see how things have continued to improve.

Based on your last few posts Jarred, I can tell this is a proud moment for you guys as you are shipping healthy amounts of cameras and a lot of the pieces are falling into place, and a lot of it has to do with the dedicated team you have in place there at RED. There are a lot of people behind the scenes, names many people here don't even know, who work endless hours to reach the high expectations. Thank you to everyone at RED who has been there to help me over the past few years. Their responsiveness has been nothing short of amazing. There's a story I can never tell publicly because it's far too embarrassing for me but needless to say I was blown away by how it was handled by the folks at RED. Class act doesn't even begin to describe the service I received.

Keep up the good work guys! And remember, you don't need to be perfect, you just need to aim for being the best and usually the rest takes care of itself.

You guys earned the highest respect in the industry, that's for sure.
I'm proud to be a customer and greatful for the best product and customer service.

I just picked up Epic-X 310 today and I am truly honored and blessed to be apart of this dream. This camera has exceeded all of my expectations and now that I have it here, sitting in front of me.. I hardly remember the waiting. You guys created a piece of kit that not only takes breathtaking images, it inspires me to be a better filmmaker. I'm embarking on my directorial debut this Spring and it wouldn't have been possible with any other camera. That's what I love about Epic. NO COMPRIMISING. I get my cake and get to eat it whole. Thanks Jim for sharing your vision with us all.
