Has anyone at RED taken a look at the website www.lynda.com ?

It occurred to me that perhaps RED could generate their own similar site devoted to the teaching of RED software as it pertains to post production. You could stream the video and charge $25/month for the service.

You could have David Mullens giving advice and tips. And it would accomplish for RED one great thing! ..........

Increase accessibility to using a RED camera. Now that's got to sell cameras! And I bet Jim would have fun doing it too.

Great! I just posted this message and then read down at Ted's thread regarding REDucation. PERFECT. That's what I've been waiting for. But I still maintain that it could be done as well as teaching modules on the web. Not everybody will be able to schedule time for conferences.

There is something like that though already that shows post workflows etc. and they add videos to it...can't remember what exactly...
some one on here will probably remember the name

But it holds the same principle of purchasing but not at a monthly cost but at a cost of what you want to know, so if you don't want to learn to color but edit then purchase whatever editing tid bits you need etc.
