Hi All
Did anyone happen to test Tamron lens (Nikon Mount) on Red Cameras?
I tried a 'Tamron SP 90mm F/2.8 Di MACRO 1:1 VC USD', 3 months ago and at that time i couldn't control the Lens Aperture from the RED Scarlet-MX (As the Lens did not have a manual Aperture control ring).
However, recent RED Firmware update shows that 'Tamron SP 24-70mm F/2.8 Di VC USD G2' is now supported.
So just want to check with you all that if you happen to try below set of Tamron lenses and if yes, were you able to control the Aperture from the Camera... Any known issues etc!
1. Tamron SP 70-200mm F/2.8 Di VC USD G2 (This is the one i am planning to purchase based on your response).
2. Tamron SP 90mm F/2.8 Di MACRO 1:1 VC USD.
3. Tamron SP 24-70mm F/2.8 Di VC USD G2.
Sharing your time and knowledge is highly appreciated.
Thanks
