Tamron 24-70 with IS, anyone else interested? Can we get RED to characterize it?

Here's the info on the newly released Tamron 24-70 that's priced like the old Canon 24-70:

Here are some comparisons between the Canon 24-70 and the new Tamron 24-70, showing how amazing the VC (IS) is on the Tamron.

As this seems to be the only 24-70 with IS, it would be great if anyone that might be interested could tell RED they would like it characterized - as it would certainly speed up the process if there were many folks interested.
