My number is up pretty soon and I want to be as ready as I can possibly be.
I'm wondering how to best deal with any possible customs-issues that might appear here in Europe (I'm in Denmark within EU). I hear different stories about how the camera and the accessories are taxed - sometimes FedEx will disregard the custom-codes or descriptions RED have put on the documents and charge a whopping 14.9% in tax for the camera alone. And some haven't had to pay anything at all... Can anyone tell me what the correct taxation for the various items are?
And what exactly do I do when the FedEx guy is here if some of the paperwork is wrong? Send him home (I'd hate to do that) or call up FedEx before I open the boxes?
