t-mobile ads for the web

[dino g]

so i am shooting these digital spots for t-mobile, we are on our third set of celebs...

today i shoot wyclef & avril, and monday eric clapton...

here are the ones we did in july...

basically you click on one of the celebs and they come to life, in a few weeks there will be 4 more up there and then 4 more, i think a total of 20 or so by christmas. it is lots of fun.

I take it you shot the TV Commercial as well?

If so, I have to say this is the most widely spread commercial I've seen you shoot Dino. I see it EVERYWHERE. Then the song gets stuck in my head.

i did not shoot the tv commercials, just the web stuff. the tv commercials were shot by shawn kim and directed by roman coppola (francis's son and sophia's brother).

it was a great experience though working with that talent.

Ah nice. Still shot on #31 though?

[dino g]

no all the broadcast spots were shot on good ol' 35mm film.

[Jerrod Cordell]

Hah, shows how much I know.

Even watching the spots I was thinking "Yep definitely has that RED look too" which is pretty funny thinking back on it now.
