Sync audio and video 3rd

Hello,

I would like to sync audio and video R3D - I have Final Cut Pro X (10.1.3)

I want to keep the same quality 5K

Do you have some ideas?

Do you have timecode or a scratch track or a slate?

If you have a scratch track, FCPX has a decent auto-sync function. If you have timecode basically any professional program can sync it up, including RCXp. If you have a slate, you can sync them up manually by matching the clap sound on the audio, with the clapper connecting on the video.
