Switronix turns CORE SWX

[Gerrit Piechowski]

Hey reduser,

for all of you wondering what happened to Switronix lately - they decided to make a switch in CI and transformed from Switronix to Core SWX.

So feel free to spread the word, visit their website and check out their latest products on their website.

They're also running a give-away contest on Instagram, enter on http://www.coreswx.com/coredriven-c...&utm_campaign=dual-hc8-email&utm_medium=email

I really like their Hypercore batteries I have, but I feel like their rebrand could have been launched way better. It took me a few days to even figure out they had changed their name when trying to deal with a warranty issue a few weeks ago. No redirect from their website or reference to their old brand on their new social networks or anything. A "formerly Switronix" or something could be helpful to customers.

Yeah you're def. right. Could imagine that it got pretty chaotic especially dealing with a warranty issue. But I think it's always not easy to communicate something like this. As soon as you're stuck in peoples head with a name it's hard to spread the word enough. Especially when you're not Apple, or Ferrari... but a battery-brand like switronix!

They're also working on new features for their hyper core line, looking forward to that!
