Support ticket down?

Anybody getting through on the support ticket at red.com? I've never actually had success with that. Now it says that the web server is busy and I should try again several minutes later... It's been several minutes later

Yeah, we are making some changes to our backend web servers over the next few days, so if you run into any weird things - just try again in a few minutes. If it is urgent, give us a call at 949.206.7900.

Also, as we clean up stuff on the backend, you may get an outdated email or something reblasted. Please just ignore them!
