Support for RED 300mm Pro lens... ?

Looks like RED is about to ship out 150 or more of the 18-85, so that should put them a bit past the half-way point to your #405. I'm #380 or so, I think... I still haven't decided if I'm going to buy the lens or not, mostly because I already have other lenses that cover that range. But if Jim reports back that it covers 5K+ I may just do it.

As for support, Jacek's 18-85 support and handle look like a must.

For my 300mm Pro, I'm using the Zacuto support and it works pretty good.

Jim has stated that the 18-85mm DOES cover 5K. But neither it or the primes will cover 6k.
