Sunbounce changing US distributors - closeout!

If you're familiar with the 'sunbounce,' aka 'California sunbounce' you know what a cool product this is - it's like those irritating 'pop up' reflectors, only with a cool, useful frame- like a replacement for a shiny board or mirror, but collapsible. A synergy of of frame and fabric, if you will - taught like a drum, (but square) so you get an even reflective quality from edge to edge - plus easy to store and travel, not to mention mount and focus (aim?) Ever try using one of those round-spring-things on a C-stand? This is what you really wanted. Look at the site and if you haven't seen it before, you'll get it right away.

Anyway, a close friend was distributing this euro-product in the US, but for business reasons is no longer going to rep this great tool. HOWEVER, they have a lot of stock in their warehouse, and are closing it out. I'm pimping for them, to be sure, but this is a really cool tool, and they're great people. If you're in the market for basic, indispensable lighting tools, check out their website. Your friends will ask you where you got one... and maybe by then the company will find a new distributor?

If you've used this product, please add your endorsement. I'd love to see them get what's left of the inventory in the hands of people who will use it to make great pictures. The business decision has NOTHING to do with the quality of the product - it's a great design and a great tool.

Seems to be less than 5% off retail. Unless I'm missing something (?)

Prices as posted yes? - These come in very handy in wind situations. Trying to use discs almost never yield good results for us outside.

I'm finding the big sunswatter cheaper at Adorama by searching part #350-355SSW. Adorama price $590 - unless I'm also missing something
