Hey guys.
I've had a brief chat on Twitter with one of my favourite and most revered photographers of all time Clay Enos.
You might be familiar with his book Watchman Portraits. If you haven't seen any of his work, check it out.
He's the still photographer on Zack Snyder's next movie as well "Sucker Punch".
Anyway, I asked him if he ever used the R1? I guessedthat he wouldn't be too into it as he's very run and gun and the r1? Well, a 10 lbs football isn't exactly lightweight for a stills guy.
Anyway, this is what he had to say:
"@KINOTRIGGER We shot some of the Sucker Punch Movie Posters stuff with a Red Camera but it holds no allure for me. I'm in love with stills"
So now you know what the (motion?) posters were shot on when they come out.
Jim, Jarred? Can we get a prototype Epic in this man's considerably talented hands? :cornut:
