I'm going to pick up one of these two FF units, both very good deals on second hand units. Any one have any opinion on which to choose?

Both seem fairly feature matched from what I can tell. and with a 15mm/19mm adapter, the chrosziel seems to become just as "flip-able" as the zacuto. The only bad thing I hear about the zacuto is the focus knob being too small, but I'm not sure if that's a significant concern, or how the knob size compares with the chrozsiel.

I'd like to pull the trigger soon, but I'd very interested in any experience any one here can share about either unit, or particularly if you've used both.

THANKS! :)

I've had the chrosziel for several years now and it's still going strong. It's built like a tank and has a great feel to it. I'll upgrade sometime but it does everything that I need it to do. I actually used it on a 25-250 pl zoom a couple of weeks ago by putting only one side of it on one rod. It was a fix but it actually worked really well and is a testament to the quality of the chrosziel gear. It does have a "normal" size focus knob too. The gear is flippable from front to back which can be useful and the unit can easily be used on the "dumb" side of the camera. There is also a reversing gear available (from zgc.com) if you are using nikons.
