Stuck Zoom on Red 18-50. Easy fix?

My 18-50 suddenly became a 18-25 for no obvious reason.
I haven't used the lens in a while, it's almost brand new (white markings).
It's always been babied, never dropped or checked in. What gives?

It's physically stuck at 25. Moderate force does nothing, dead stop. It moves freely between 18 and 25.

I need this lens for Sunday, is there an easy, quick fix?
Take it to Red or somewhere else for a quick turnaround?
