  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Strangest company I've ever dealt with...

Ok, so we're all in for at least 30K at this point, anyone get a free shirt? I mean really, they give away free shirts for opening up a checking account, buying hot dogs or whatever, and yet they can't just toss a shirt in the box with the thousands upon thousands of dollars of hardware we buy? WTF
 
I just got sent a brand new, upgraded CF card reader. Better than a t-shirt, in my opinion.

- a company that really listens to it's clients and puts their wishes before any financial wealth

Yep, who would like to deal with a company like that?

You know I'm actually going to send my camera back because I didn't get my free shirt? And I'm going to open another bank account.
 
Yeah, that's strange. Maybe because it does not have a free upgradable to a winter jacket.
 
dude you can give back your shirt when the winter jackets come out and receive full credit. There's a limited edition winterjacket-x that's offered to all shirt owners.

(everyone's done this bit so i had to) :)

I should go I'm in a gossipy mood its bad and counterproductive. I just was reading ten pages of 'where's my monitor'. Poor luis. whoever he is, he's takin it hard.

beleive it or not, but our camera was stock on customs for a TWO WEEKS just because of 14 T-shirts we ordered with the camera. customs were suspicious that those t-shirts are FAKE ones !!!! which means - it's illegal to import such a things...

... true story. after tons of calls and direct conversations with them (the customs) we finally received our camera.

That´s why I didn´t order any t-shirts the first time around, no need to get into importing textile products when my first priority was getting the camera.

I later ordered t-shirts which came through nicely.

And I also rather have RED (continue) using their money on providing us a superior product and the best costumer service than giving away free t-shirts, caps or whatever.
