Strange Patterns in Redcine-X Generated Footage

Lately all of my footage generated through Redcine-X has a banding like noise/patterns through much of the image. When I run the same R3D files through REDALERT the footage is clean and useable. When playing the clips the noise patterns move through the picture. I have provided an attachment that is crop from one of the clips. You can see what I am referring to in the blue parts of the sky.

That looks like compression banding. What video or frame format did you export from REDCINE-X?
