Heii guys,

i have a really strange problem and cannot solve it alone. Maybee one of you guys knows a solution for that!?

I just got my new Epic-W, i upgraded it, did a proper blackshading and are testing it a little bit out. Then i uploaded some Luts on the camera and switched between the in camera IPP2 luts and my installed ones a couple of times with some tests.. everything was normal, no probem.. and once i switched back to the IPP2 luts again, they had an all overal green tint in it. I checked my color settings, white balance, my curves, my tint ofcourse, but everything is fine. So where does this green tint comes from? If i switch back to my installed luts, they are showing up in perfect color. It's just on all Ipp2 in camera Luts??? Does someone knows this problem?

I'll give you also some screenshots attached for my settings and my problem.

It would be sooo nice, if someone can help me with that!

Thanks and best from Berlin,
Pierre

Problem is still there. And more strange, if i switch to raw viewing, my picture gets super high in contrast and totally warm.. Am i stupid, or whats the problem here?

I can't speak to the green part, but seeing as your at 1600iso and 3200k, getting a way darker image that's super warm when going to RAW view seems very normal (since the raw view shows you roughly what it would look like at 800iso and 5600k).

Heii Men, thanks for your reply! I know that aswell. It just got an extremly high contrast with deep blacks and cliping higlights and red colored in raw. This makes no sense when i want to see the RAW! Very strange! I will have some time on the weekend for more tests. Hopefully someone knows, whats going on here.

Can your post R3D snaps from a shot with your LUTs and with the IPP2?

Are those lights in your shot sodium-vapor lamps?
Doing some test for a shoot some weeks ago i find out that the HELIUM sensor ir very high sensitive to the yellow cast on those types of lights. (These are the lights you find on most streets at night)

Also, IPP2 accentuate the saturation.

We ended up shooting with -32 TINT and 2600K to make it close to a "good" WB

Heii Martin,

thanks for you reply. Sadly i allready deleted the footage and are in prep for another shoot, so no time for testing until the the weekend. The green was the most on energy saving light bulbs, which can have ofcourse a little bit strange spectrum, but this was heavy all over green under this lightsources and it started without a reason and just under IPP2 Luts. But yes, that's totally what neutralized the whitebalance. I was with my tint down on -33 and my Kelvin was something arround 2300-2600. So weird. I don't get it why? Maybee some of you guys here is more technical with this stuff then me and knows whats going on there!?

Thx and cheers from Zurich,
Pierre
