Strange black lines in my video. . .

I've seen a similar problem with a RED on Build 17 - we too thought it was a CMOS problem. It began with small black lines and before long spread to cover the top 60% of the LCD screen. The problem was eventually fixed by running the Black Shading in the Maintenance menu after which the problem went away.

As Stuart pointed out the firmware upgrade resolves this problem.

I'm currently on Build 21.3.1 and the lines are gone.
