I'm forwarding this message from Paul Cameron's facebook post...

STOLEN SET OF CANON K35 LENSES

Please keep an eye out for a Set of Canon K35 Lenses I just purchased. Unfortunately they were stolen this weekend.
They were converted by TRUE LENS SERVICE UK. They have 80mm front rings. Photos and more information to follow in later post.
Be aware a few Vendors we all know and use were burglarized over last 2 weeks along with significant person thefts in and around Los Angeles.

K 35 Serial #'s
18mm #20163
24mm #78018
35mm #78013
55mm #78527
85mm #78508

If anyone runs into these lenses or has information relevent to the theft, please contact Paul, and if you don't have him on facebook, message me and I'll forward the info to him.

Thanks.

That's really unfortunate. These burglaries are becoming too common.

Just out of curiosity, were they stolen from set or out of a home?

[Christopher Probst]

Apparently from a rental house... SEVERAL different rental houses in LA have been hit in the last 2 weeks.

Sounds like an organized gang at work with a way to get info on rentals and such. And sadly, that likely means they have a system to move the goods.

Let's hope the lenses bubble up close to home and someone has the scruples to alert good folks.
