CAMERA THIEF ON THE LOOSE IN BOSTON AND LOS ANGELES

THEFT INFO WEBSITE: www.derrickcohan.com/theft

ERIC_BEASLEY_ID_FRONT.jpg

THIEF INFO:
ERIC BEASLEY / 23 male / 5'4" / 323-333-9204 / ericjustdraws@gmail.com / Credit Card Zip code has him located in the 90038 Area Code. From Malden, MA. Instagram @ericjustdrsws

WHAT HAPPENED:

Over labor day weekend 2016 and the following couple of days, ERIC BEASLEY went around LA posing as a cinematographer and rented camera equipment from at least 3 different people. 2 of these transactions happened through Sharegrid.com and the other was a person-to-person rental. He did not return the equipment and has since shut off his phone, shut down his social media sites and other forms of communication. He ran the same scan back in May, steeling an Alexa Mini Package with Zeiss Ultra Primes lenses from DAVID WANG of Burbank. We believe he is in Hollywood, CA or may be back in BOSTON. HE IS ON THE LOOSE.

Hi RED User Forum,

I just wanted to give RED Users a heads up that West Broadcast HD (http://www.westbroadcasthd.com/home.html) is a fake company. I bought an LCD Screen from "Tyreek" who took my money and never gave me the product. The companies phone number doesn't work and my emails are being rejected. They have disappeared off the grid.

If anyone knows anything I would greatly appreciate it.

Dan

http://www.ericbeasley.com/ appears to be free and available.

I suggest buying the URL and hosting a page with all of this information.

I had a RED camera + Gear theft once, bought the thief's name as a dot.com, setup it up to display a wanted page with information, and my "stolen gear" showed up 3 days later.

EDIT-

To add, it may be a good idea to buy his full name if possible to include the thief's middle name.

Make sure to post the link and page info on several forums to better speed up its top 5 page results in google.

Scum can run, but they can't escape the internet.

I would love nothing more than to find this guy. Good luck you guys. i hope you find your equipment.

great idea if the ID was legit and that is his legal name!!
But based on what he stole he would need to be headed overseas I think

Mike,

The ID is LEGIT! He rented the cameras, all his info was verified including CC numbers. He no longer lives at that address and is in CA or Boston

In your web write-up, consider putting his name at the top of your slug headline

Eric Beasley, camera theif is on the loose...

I love it when people fight back.
