STOCK FOOTAGE / EPIC X / BRISBANE TVAD

[Mark Toia]

A year or two ago, I was asked to walk around town and shoot some small life style inserts of Brisbane for some stock footage. Stumbling over the hard drive a few weeks back, I thought it a waste not to make something cool from it. So in my spare time I have dithered away more as stress relief therapy and put together this little video of the day. I didn't realise that we had shot so much content in such a small amount of time. Was fun to be honest, no stress, no concerned clients or agency. Just doing what I love, which is making something from nothing.
Enjoy my little city of Brisbane.

I haven't watched yet, but this man...seriously.

EDIT: Just watched; yeah, I mean, you could clearly see the hammer hitting the nail directly on the head. Sunday Smile is an awesome song choice, too.

Excellent work!

Awesome video Mark!

Shooting stock like that is probably my favorite type of gig. Like you said, as close to 100% creative freedom as you can get. Have made it a top priority of mine to get that type of work as often as humanly possible

Good stuff!!

Great visuals man, always a fan of your work. I feel like I have a few of those projects on drives I need to just kick myself and get an edit out haha.
