still waiting my REDDrive

I purchased and paid the REDDrive three months ago.
I sent the email to confirm the status on October 17.
I got the notice on October 24 and saying my package would ship within the next week.
I sent the email to confirm the status again on November 10.
I got the notice on November 13 and saying the my REDDrive would ship within the next 3~5 days or so.
Until now I am still waiting...
