Even though I have seen it many times, I am still amazed at the very first Mysterium show reel. That first Red Reel, even before the MX upgrade - has some jaw-dropping imagery on it. It really underscores how much value the original Red One still has and will continue to have for years to come.
MX and Epic are of course amazing improvements to that original design, and the Epic night shots from the Empire State bldg and the Lingerie pillow fight are stunners. But that basic Red One is still a thoroughly amazing imaging platform.
I think the best thing Red could do is to get as many eyeballs on that 4K screen as possible- there is no substitute to seeing those r3d's on that big screen. It makes waiting for these cameras so worth it.
