Still 90 days of warranty for an out-of-warranty Red camera sold ?

Hey,

Does anyone know if the buyer of a used Scarlet still gets 90 days of warranty after Red's inspection and ownership's transfer when the Scarlet is out of warranty (more than 1 year old) ?
