Steve Jobs Resigns as CEO of Apple

[Gunleik Groven]

Wow. What a sad day!

[David Battistella]

Steve jobs is a great examMple to us all. None of us could imagine that he would turn Apple around the way he did.

His resignation letter is all class.

Thanks Steve. "think different" is still a slogan to live by.

What an inspiration Steve Jobs forever will be, even in retirement. Like Obi Wan, he will only grow more powerful when he's gone.

... bow to the king.

Steve, thanks for making the world a better place.

“When you’re young, you look at television and think, There’s a conspiracy. The networks have conspired to dumb us down. But when you get a little older, you realize that’s not true. The networks are in business to give people exactly what they want. That’s a far more depressing thought. Conspiracy is optimistic! You can shoot the bastards! We can have a revolution! But the networks are really in business to give people what they want. It’s the truth.”

“For something this complicated, it’s really hard to design products by focus groups. A lot of times, people don’t know what they want until you show it to them.”

Interesting.
