Startup error . Cal T+/E+ is red

MY Epic X which has just 190 hrs on it, is showing a error on startup. The Cal T+/E+ lights are red. i tried Black shading, but Calibration failed.Though i have send the log file to Red support, still any help from you guys also will be appreciated.

Sad to say this looks very similar to a fault I had on mine, where the non-volatile memory for Black Calibration failed and it had to go back to Red. Luckily it was still under warranty and Red repaired it free of charge.

A tell tale sign was the obvious Fixed Pattern Noise in your first picture, but my camera was able to still Record.

Another sign was that there was no Factory calibration map in the Calibration menu - the drop down menu was empty.

Thanks for ur concern. It is under warranty. its just 2 months old. while urs cud record, it cannot record and yes,theres no factory calibration map in the menu.
