Stage 3,5 question

Red Europe seems to be completly slammed and stucked, answers are becoming really hard to get... Even from Alan...
The problem is I cannot wait until the Scarlet big situation is over as I have to fix Many things with our bank and for now I'm driving completly blind...
I ordered without any help, might be Nice from you to get some advices I really need to resume my EPIC journey

Two things I want to confirm with you.

I made the accessories order a week ago as well as the Stage 3,5 reservation and I will pay next year when the camera will be available for shipping
Will I pay the 2011 prices the one on invoice or the 2012 prices ?

Can I take advantage of these 2011 prices for the I/O Module and QUAD Battery Module*Because
if they are not available right now "a la carte" ?... I noticed that the I/O Module will be more expensive in 2012
*and I really want to order it before 2012 if it's possible...

I'm completly stucked and our bank does not understand how We CAN work and walk with such small clear answers... I Had to explain myself and explain the way of Red... Not really funny at all... Just hope That you would be able to step aside from the Scarlet things and help me out


Last thing ...
I have a RED DISK, the old one 640 GB. I noticed that you are making offer when we order SSD CAN we send you back the OLD disk...and get a credit...
the process, how much is this credit ? Is it possible to do That when we go for stage 3,5 ?

Hope this Scarlet Shipping problem and situation will be fixed and all this traffic Jam will stop soon because I'm not able to catch any advice from support Team even on the forum ...
